The entire homemade menu is prepared daily by Chef Kevin Rienguette. Kevin has been with Chateau Guay for over 15 years and has become part of the family. Kevin’s talents and passion for cooking are demonstrated through the quality and delicious, wholesome, homemade food that is served every day. Kevin also prepares daily homemade desserts such as blueberry pie, lemon meringue pie, coconut cream pie, multiple chocolate cakes, date squares, the highly addictive butter tarts and his famous carrot cake.
